What is influenza pandemic ?
Influenza pandemic is the transmission of the influenza virus around the illness. As a result a huge number of people suffer from this virus which causes various results.
Pandemics are different from season to season because every season the flu virus has a change. Some of the influenza events are not so important which we call seasonal influenzas but some of them are very important such as H1N1 which causes death.
Every year a new influenza vaccine is developed because of the change of the virus. Because of the changes of viruses vaccines also change. That’s why a full recovering vaccine is not on the market. The main aim for these vaccines is not to recover from that illness but to avoid it before it start.
As a result of vital influenza viruses in recent years especially in 2009, scientists made new plan for the incoming new viruses for the ne seasons. Being not heard of the effects of latest viruses these days do not mean that they won’t appear again. New cruel viruses may appear in the near future.
One of the biggest influenza pandemic was in the year 2009. It appeared with the name H1N1 in 2009. In the medical markets it appeared with name of swine flu. And the vaccines were produces for swine flu.
Some useful points in order not to catch a flu are ;
- Washing hands clearly
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue
- Put the used tissues in to a dustbin
- Try to stay at home and have a rest if you have a flu.
